Hi! I’m Diane.

For the longest time, I didn’t think healing anxiety was possible. I spent hours in LA traffic going to therapy and doctor appointments, but I was just getting by, not thriving.

I’d hear, “You’re so self-aware, you don’t need to be here.” But self-awareness didn’t stop the anxiety.

Why wasn't I healed if I was so good at analyzing my feelings?

Frustrated, I turned to body-based healing, subconscious work, and nervous system regulation. After being dismissed by conventional medicine, I found a different path with holistic practitioners. Growing up with complex trauma, I knew the "fix-it" approach wasn’t enough.

After leaving my teaching job, I dove into psychology research and became a Ph.D. candidate specializing in Humanistic Psychology and Consciousness.

I’ve earned certifications in somatic practices and holistic health coaching, but my lived experience with chronic mental health challenges truly shapes me as a facilitator today.

  • The Regulate and Release program is an 8-month journey split into four phases. Each phase builds upon the last to help you regulate your nervous system, align your lifestyle for healing, uncover and rewire subconscious patterns, and take radical responsibility for your growth.

  • You'll receive support through weekly group calls, access to a supportive online community via Slack, and personalized check-ins to guide you along your unique healing journey.

    The calls vary from hot seat coaching, breathwork sessions, teaching, expressive art therapy, & sharing circles.

  • All live calls are recorded, so you can revisit them whenever you need. You will also have ongoing access to the program materials and community throughout the program duration.

  • By the end of the program, you’ll experience reduced anxiety, increased self-trust, and a deeper connection with your body. You’ll gain tools to regulate your nervous system, create calm even in the face of chaos, and step into radical responsibility for your emotional well-being.

  • Yes, the program is designed with trauma-informed principles, focusing on creating safety in the body, honoring personal boundaries, and moving at a pace that feels supportive for you.

  • The calls are on Wednesdays at 12 pm PST/3 pm EST/8 pm CET to accommodate different time zones. Other times may added to accommodate further.

  • Unlike traditional therapy, which often focuses on managing symptoms, Regulate and Release goes deeper to address the root cause of anxiety through somatic practices, nervous
    system regulation, and subconscious reprogramming. This body-centered program focuses on creating safety in your body, not just your mind.

  • Yes, absolutely! Whether you're a self-healer or working with a therapist, this program can deepen your healing journey and help you gain momentum toward your future self.

  • If you’ve been feeling stuck, exhausted, and anxious despite trying different approaches, and if you are looking for a holistic, body-centered method to regulate your nervous system, this program is likely a good fit. You can book a 20-minute consult to explore if it’s the right fit for you.

  • Yes! After completing the 8-month program, you have the option to
    continue receiving support by committing to a month-to-month, 3-
    month or 6-month renewal period. This will allow you to access the weekly group calls, online resources and the online support community for continued support.
