This program is for women who have tried conventional methods like talk therapy, medication, and mindfulness apps but still feel stuck in anxiety, overwhelm, and panic. If you're ready for a holistic approach that addresses the root cause of your stress and anxiety by focusing on your nervous system, this is the right fit for you.
How long is the program?
The Regulate and Release program is an 8-month journey split into four phases. Each phase builds upon the last to help you regulate your nervous system, align your lifestyle for healing, uncover and rewire subconscious patterns, and take radical responsibility for your growth.
What kind of support will I receive during the program?
You'll receive support through weekly group calls, access to a supportive online community via Slack, 1:1 calls, and personalized check-ins to guide you along your unique healing journey. The calls include coaching, breathwork sessions, teaching, and sharing circles.

What results can I expect from this program?

When are the live calls?
Calls will be on tuesdays at 4:30pm PST/7:30pm . Can’t make it live? No worries! All live calls are recorded, so you can revisit them whenever you need. You will also have ongoing access to the program materials and community throughout the program duration.
