Regulate and Release
Stop Living in Survival Mode and Actually Feel Safe in Your Body Again
An 8-month trauma-informed coaching container for women who are done intellectualizing their healing and want real, embodied change
If you’re exhausted from managing your emotions, walking on eggshells with yourself, or feeling like your nervous system is constantly one bad day away from snapping- this is for you.
This isn’t mindset work.
This isn’t coping harder.
And it’s definitely not “just be more positive.”
This is about retraining your nervous system so anxiety, shutdown, emotional overwhelm, and chronic stress stop running your life.
When conventional approaches fall short, it’s easy to feel defeated, like you’re broken or incapable of healing.
You’re highly self-aware.
You’ve read the books.
You understand your trauma logically.
And yet…
Your body still panics when nothing is “wrong”
You oscillate between overfunctioning and collapse
You suppress emotions until they explode or disappear
You don’t trust yourself when big feelings show up
Rest feels unsafe, not nourishing
You’re tired of being “the strong one”
You’re not broken.
Your nervous system is just stuck doing exactly what it learned to do to survive.
And no amount of insight alone fixes that.

Why Nothing Has Fully Worked Before
Most healing approaches ask your mind to override a body-based survival response.
Talk therapy explains your patterns — but doesn’t change your physiology.
Coping tools help you get through the moment — but don’t create lasting safety.
Mindset work pressures you to “think differently” while your body is still on high alert.
So you stay stuck in the same loop, just with better language for it.
Regulate & Release works differently.
What Makes Regulate & Release Different
This program is built around one core truth:
Your nervous system sets the ceiling for how much change, safety, connection, and ease you can sustain.
Instead of asking you to push through, analyze more, or fix yourself, we start where real change happens — at the level of the nervous system.
This is a bottom-up, trauma-informed process that teaches your body how to:
Exit chronic fight-or-flight
Tolerate emotions without spiraling
Build internal safety before transformation
Integrate emotions instead of suppressing them
Respond instead of react
When your body feels safe, everything else becomes easier — decisions, boundaries, relationships, rest, joy.
THE TRANSFORMATION YOU'RE HERE FOR
Clients don’t come to Regulate & Release to “feel better sometimes.”
They come to experience things like:
Entering difficult conversations without rehearsing, bracing, or abandoning yourself when emotions rise.
Feeling anger or sadness fully without spiraling, dissociating, or apologizing for having a nervous system.
Resting by choice, not because your body finally collapses.
Staying grounded during PMS, life stress, or relational tension instead of feeling hijacked by their nervous system.
This isn’t about controlling your emotions.
It’s about building the capacity to actually live inside them.
How the Program Is Structured
Regulate & Release follows a clear, phased framework so your nervous system isn’t rushed or overwhelmed.
The H.E.A.L. framework is a step-by-step approach to healing that works with your nervous system, not against it. Instead of jumping straight into mindset work or emotional processing, this framework honors the order your body and brain need to transform at the identity & physiology level.
PHASE ONE: Months 1-2
Learning How to Feel Safe Without Shutting Down
Healing starts when your body no longer feels like it’s under constant threat.
In this phase, we focus on helping your nervous system calm down enough to stay present — without panic, overwhelm, or checking out.
You’ll learn how to:
Reduce constant fight-or-flight or numbness
Feel emotions without spiraling or dissociating
Build tolerance for sensations in your body
Create a felt sense of safety you can return to
This phase is not about reliving the past or pushing emotions out. It’s about teaching your body that it’s safe now.
Phase two: months 3-4
Creating a Life That Supports Your Nervous System
Once your body can access safety, it needs support to stay regulated.
Many people stay dysregulated not because something is “wrong” with them — but because their lives demand more than their nervous system can handle.
In this phase, we focus on:
Creating routines and rhythms that calm your system
Reducing stressors that drain your energy
Learning how to rest without guilt
Shifting from “coping harder” to living with more support
This isn’t about being disciplined or productive. It’s about giving your nervous system room to breathe.
phase three: months 5-6
Understanding Your Patterns Without Shame
Once safety and stability are in place, we gently explore deeper emotional patterns.
Things like people-pleasing, emotional suppression, overcontrol, or avoidance are not flaws — they’re survival strategies your body learned earlier in life.
In this phase, you’ll:
Understand why certain emotions feel so intense
Recognize old patterns without judging yourself
Release shame around your reactions
Integrate parts of yourself you’ve pushed away
Because your nervous system is more stable, this work feels grounding , not overwhelming.
Phase four: 7-8
Responding Instead of Reacting
The final phase is about living your life from a regulated place.
Radical responsibility here doesn’t mean blaming yourself.
It means trusting yourself to handle what you feel — without being controlled by it.
In this phase, you’ll learn how to:
Make decisions even when emotions are present
Set boundaries without guilt or overthinking
Stay grounded during conflict or stress
Lead your life instead of reacting to it
At this point, healing isn’t something you’re “working on.” It’s How you show up.

who is this program for?
This program is for women who have tried conventional methods like talk therapy, medication, and mindfulness apps but still feel stuck in anxiety, overwhelm, and panic. If you're ready for a holistic approach that addresses the root cause of your stress and anxiety by focusing on your nervous system, this is the right fit for you.
How long is the program?
The Regulate and Release program is an 8-month journey split into four phases. Each phase builds upon the last to help you regulate your nervous system, align your lifestyle for healing, uncover and rewire subconscious patterns, and take radical responsibility for your growth.
I’ve tried nervous system work before — how is this different?
Most approaches give tools without context or pacing. This program is structured, trauma-informed, and relational — not something you’re expected to figure out alone.
Do I need prior experience?
No. This meets you exactly where you are.
What results can I expect from this program?
By the end of the program, you’ll experience reduced/healed anxiety, increased self-trust, and a deeper connection with your body. You’ll gain tools to regulate your nervous system, create calm even in the face of chaos, and step into radical responsibility for your emotional well-being.
